Can We Reverse Aging By Changing How We Think? - Newsweek

I was just thinking about this today. This is an interesting study. Makes one think....how much do I allow my age to define me, instead of just being who I want to be? Food for thought.

  1. Interesting article. I do try to stay young at heart and mind, though as I reach my late 40's I can certainly feel my body changing. Not for the better obviously. I seem to forget things more often then I used to as well, which I don't like at all. Health has a big play in it also. Many overweight and low income people seem to age quicker. Lots to consider on this topic!
