Will add to my blog list. This is a great post, so inspirational and true. Everything "owns" us and we forget how lucky we are. But hopefully she will have much more time.

The sad thing is we all think we have a lot of time and will someday get to it. And we may not. It all seems so random and cruel.

I just had a younger patient (59) die this weekend with her only child, a daughter, at her side. The patient wanted so badly to live through July to see this daughter married. But it didn't happen. But the mother knew this and prepared her daughter well. They had wonderful times together planning things. At least they had that. Sometimes time is a gift.

Sharon, your blog is so beautiful. I mean really nice. You really do own your life.
You mentioned in a comment on my blog about what kinds of seeds you may have planted in a daughter that perhaps is having a tough time now. Well, we all have tough times. And the good seeds get us through. They sprout up through the weeds eventually. You plant good seeds, you make people so happy with your wonderful photos and comments. I don't know you, but feel like you are an old friend. I have learned a lot from you. Thanks.

JaniceJanice Badger Nelsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12486315544868690019noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5579068141126520847.post-81790922824032493742011-04-12T15:53:26.746-07:002011-04-12T15:53:26.746-07:00I just read Sarah's post (http://sprucehill.ty...I just read Sarah's post (http://sprucehill.typepad.com/my_weblog/2011/04/some-things.html) and next up was yours. Sarah has so much to live for so I don't understand why something so horrible is happening to her. I do think she is owning her own life as much as possible right now though.

Goodness knows I should take a lesson from all this. Thank you Janice for a bit of clarity.

SharonA New England Lifehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04345194920944256200noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5579068141126520847.post-18964078654639177352011-04-12T12:54:18.249-07:002011-04-12T12:54:18.249-07:00Thank you, Janice.
